Western Construction – 50 Houses

K1 billion loan from New Building Society was obtained with board approval and Government consent.

Dziko/ Nkhata joint venture and Western Construction were hired to construct 50 houses each.

Office of Director of Buildings in Government are consultants and handovers are planned for November/ December.
