In response to the high demand of residential units, Malawi Housing Corporation (MHC) is inviting for EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST from investors willing to develop ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY dwelling units and provide electricity, water and access roads.

Interested investors should submit a comprehensive proposal and be ready to make a 15-20 minutes power point presentation at a later date to be advised.

MHC has organised a briefing on 10th JANUARY, 2011 for all interested investors from 09-00 Hours in the Boardroom of MHC Head Office in Blantyre off Kwacha Road.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST in sealed envelopes clearly marked ‘ EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR A JOINT VENTURE NUMBER MHC/JOINT VENTURE/1’ should be addressed to the address written below and be deposited upon full completion of the document in the Tender Box located at the reception of MHC Head Office in Blantyre:

PROPOSALS NOT FOUND IN THE TENDER BOX AS STATED ABOVE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DISQUALIFIED AND THAT MHC IS NOT BOUND TO ACCEPT ANY PROPOSAL.
