From the strategic plan, management identified seven focus areas from April 2009 for a period of 18 months:

>> Construction of 100 houses for Malawi Defence Force at Chilambula Garrison

>> Construction of 119 houses for Malawi Police Service throughout the country

>> Construction of 823 houses for private tenants

>> Construction of hostels for private universities

>> Clean up of the internal environment

>> Plot development

>> Intensification of maintenance of existing stock of houses and roads
