Malawi Housing Corporation (MHC) has budgeted funds for procuring of ELECTRICITY INSTALLATION ITEMS AND OTHER RELATED ACCESSORIES to be used for various activities for the period 2012.at the REGIONS in the North, Centre, South, East and Head Office.

Interested bidders are requested to collect the Tender Documents upon cash payment of MK 3,500.00 non-refundable fee in the Accounts Department of Malawi Housing Corporation CASHIER’S OFFICE in Blantyre which is situated Off Kwacha Road.

Tenders in sealed envelopes clearly marked ‘ Tender to SUPPLY AND DELIVER ELECTRICITY INSTALLATION ITEMS AND OTHER RELATED ACCESSORIES NUMBER MHC/ELECTRICITY INSTALLATION ITEMS/3’ should be addressed to the address written below and be deposited upon full completion of the document in the Tender Box located at the reception of Malawi Housing Corporation Head Office in Blantyre:

The closing date is 29th FEBRUARY, 2012 at 14-00 hours and tenders will be opened immediately in the Boardroom of Malawi Housing Corporation Head Office in Blantyre.

TENDERS that will not be found in the TENDER BOX on the opening day and time stated above shall automatically be disqualified.

All those participating should attach original reference letter from ELECTRICITY SUPPLY CORPORATION OF MALAWI LIMITED (ESCOM)

Interested bidders or their representatives are free to attend the opening ceremony.

MHC is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
